At Workers' Credit Union, our Bank-at-Work Program adds an extra advantage to your benefits package - at no cost to your company. Bank-at-Work will save your employees time and money and will provide them with a financial resource that they can count on.

Ambassador Program

From time-to-time, we provide your employees with many special product promotions saving them money when borrowing, or earning them a higher return on their savings dollars.

As our relationship grows, a Bank-at-Work Ambassador can be appointed to help us find the best way to get this information into the hands of your employees. We supply all the printed materials that may be needed. The Ambassador also works with us coordinating our attendance at your benefit fairs, scheduling on-site visits, and arranging informational seminars.

We fully appreciate and will recognize their efforts throughout the year culminating with a luncheon with our president and
other Ambassadors.

Onsite Visits

Enrollment - Visiting the credit union to open an account or to apply for a loan is becoming a thing of the past. We come to your business at a time that you designate to sign up your employees as new members and to help them with their new accounts.

Onsite visits can occur whenever you would like them. They can be weekly too annually - or anywhere in between. We are guests at your business and would welcome your invitation.

All an employee needs to do is to have their pay directly deposited into Workers' Credit Union checking account. We can even close and transfer their accounts from other institutions saving them a trip to the bank.

New Hire Orientation - Workers' can introduce the Bank-at-Work Program to new employees when they join your company. There is no waiting period and we can help establish their direct deposit.

Benefit Fairs - On occasion, businesses will run a Benefits Fair to either introduce or remind employees what the company offers and to register new participants. As the Bank-at-Work Program is a benefit, we could be there to explain the program and to sign up new members.

Retirement - When your employee is ready to retire, your human resource professionals will address their pension and other company related questions. Our trained professionals can meet with them to review their entire financial picture and make recommendations that address both short - and long-term questions.

Seminars - Employees may be searching for information on a variety of financial issues. Not every person has the same needs, so we provide onsite seminars on such financial topics as:

We arrange with you the most convenient time and location to gather your employees for one or more of these seminars. And if there is a topic of particular interest to your company, we will research and find the information.

MoneyWorks - MoneyWorks is a free, individualized service that works like a checkup for your finances. We meet one-on-one to discuss and collect financial information. After a thorough evaluation, we set up another appointment to review our findings and make recommendations. The goal is to help your employees better manage their finances today and plan for tomorrow.

As their employer, the MoneyWorks process will help your employees become more financially prepared to meet short-and long-term goals. It will help them to clarify their finances and consequently, become more productive when at work.

Investment and Insurance Center - Our highly trained and licensed financial representatives of the Investment and Insurance Center* (IIC) can help everyone at your company in meeting their unique set of financial goals. Whether it's planning for retirement or a college education, helping to protect assets from long-term health care expenses, providing your employees with a retirement plan, or finding ways to potentially maximize your investments, we have specialized financial products to meet those needs.

Our IIC professionals can meet with you at any office of Workers' Credit Union, your place of work or at your home.

Business Services for the Small Business Owner - Workers' Credit Union has a full line of checking, savings and money market accounts to help the small business owner become more successful. We also offer a complete suite of lending products from term loans and lines of credit to real estate loans. Our review process is fast and applicants will have an answer within three business days.

How we support Bank-at-Work

Once we partner with your company to provide our Bank-at-Work Program to your employees, we provide many means to get the word out.

We will hold an initial meeting or set up our display booth at your location at the best time to talk with most of your employees. Many companies run multiple shifts, which is not a problem for us. Our goal is to reach as many employees as possible.

We will prepare materials that promote the many features and benefits of the Bank-at-Work program. On many occasions, we offer special rates on deposits and loans that will greatly benefit your employees.

We will provide you with signs, brochures, pay inserts and other materials so that everyone knows of these opportunities.

You will have a designated Bank-at-Work contact here at the credit union that is responsible to make sure you receive the maximum benefit from your participation in the program.
