• The most current Federal Business Tax return
• The business owners Tax Return(s)
• Tax Assessment for Real Estate collateral

Workers' offers three types of business loans:

Term Loans

This loan is a fixed-rate option with a variety of terms. We can lend up to $750,000. A term loan is great for purchasing equipment, vehicles, furnishings, debt consolidation and business expansion plans.

Lines of Credit

A line of credit gives you the financial flexibility to help your business make purchases when needed, especially to meet your business' seasonal changes and cycles. It's also a great tool to help meet unexpected expenses or opportunities. Workers' can extend up to $500,000 in credit while still offering a great low rate!

Commercial Real Estate Loans

A commercial real estate loan from Workers' is a fast and easy way to purchase or refinance your commercial and investment property.  We offer competitive rates for our business members with flexible term options and loan amounts.
