Catherine Benoit joined the credit union in 2009 with over twenty years of
mortgage banking experience. She and her team are experienced in all
products and aspects of the mortgage industry and are committed to
delivering a level of service that surpasses the competition. Cathy is a
graduate of Assumption College and is an active member of the NCMAR
and NEAR boards. She's been an active board member for the largest
Montachusett non-profit homeless shelter, Our Father's House, since 2004.

Brian Testarmata has over 20 years of experience in real estate finance,
transaction management and as a Mortgage Broker in both Massachusetts
and California. He is highly experienced in real estate investment and
brokerage, and is licensed in MA, NY and CA as a real estate broker.
Brian received an MBA from Babson College, and a BA from University of
Massachusetts, Amherst. He is a volunteer coach for the Coaching for
Leadership program at Babson College.

Glen Marshall has nearly twenty years of experience assisting homebuyers,
sellers, and real estate professionals throughout the area. Glen transfers
his experience into guidance for clients in making the right decision when
securing mortgage financing. Glen is a graduate of Middlesex Community
College and holds a National Mortgage License through NMLS. He's an active
member of the GLCC and NEAR, he works closely with the Merrimack Valley
Housing Partnership.

Frederick Bulman is a Residential Mortgage Originator at Workers' Credit
Union with more than twenty-five years of mortgage experience. Fred is
a graduate of Fitchburg State University, as well as the National School
of Banking at Fairfield University in Connecticut. Fred is a life-long Athol
resident with strong ties to his community.
