Mark understands that family relationships are important in financial planning and, when
appropriate, Mark has a unique ability to work with the multiple generations of a client's
family to build financial strategies that will support the family estate planning needs.
Mark has successfully supported his clients with developing retirement and estate
conservation financial strategies that can carry the client through the retirement years
and assist in protecting their estate when it is time.
 

His philosophy for financial planning is an ongoing relationship with his clients, carefully constructing appropriate asset allocation models customized to each client's needs, and consistently monitoring his
client's portfolios.

Mark attended the University of Rhode Island. He majored in finance and marketing. Mark holds FINRA Securities Series 7, 63, 65 licenses and is Life and Disability licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
FINRA licensed in: CA, CT, FL, MD, MA, NH and is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.

Prior to joining the Investment and Insurance Center, David has worked as a Registered
Representative with P Home Life in their Boston agency. However, David has spent
all of his working life serving clients in the Fitchburg/Leominster area. While at
Phoenix his business focused on complete financial services including college and
estate planning, investment advice, retirement planning and, where applicable, general
business advice.

Prior to joining Phoenix, Mr. Earls spent 20 years at Sanitoy Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of infant
toys and accessories, located in Fitchburg. His last 9 years with Sanitoy were spent as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Earls graduated from Assumption College in Worcester in 1974 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Math and Economics. Shortly after joining Sanitoy, he returned to Bentley College to expand
his knowledge of accounting. He earned a Certificate in Accounting from Bentley in 1982. FINRA Licensed
in: AZ, CA, CT, DC, FL, IL, MA, ME, MS, NC, NE,NH, NJ, NM, NY.

Jeanne has a long history of helping members of Workers’ Credit Union. She worked
as a branch manager in several branches at Workers’ but was looking to provide
additional member service, and recognized the need to learn about investment and
insurance products. Jeanne is dedicated to advising members, customizing their
financial plans and monitoring them on an ongoing basis to help them stay on track
with their financial goals.
 

On the community front, Jeanne is an Advisory Board member of the Battered Women’s Resources,
YWCA of Central MA and for NEADS (Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans). She is also Treasurer of the Lunenburg Historical Society and member of the Montachusett Estate and Retirement Planning Council.

Jeanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX, where she also took coursework towards her MBA. Jeanne has her FINRA Securities Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses for
MA, NH, CA, TX, and FL and holds Life and Health Insurance licenses in MA and NH, and is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor.

Thomas M. Finocchiaro, CFP®, CLU, has joined Workers' Credit Union as an Investment
Representative in the Lunenburg Office. Previous to joining Workers', Tom was a
Financial Planner for AARP Financial, based out of Tewksbury. He brings more than
fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry helping individuals solve
financial issues and plan for retirement. Tom's strength lies in his ability to analyze
complex financial data and help individuals implement solutions to benefit their needs.

Tom graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, received his
certificate in advanced Financial Planning from Merrimack College and CLU Chartered Life Underwriter Designation from the American College. Tom is a Certified Financial Planner™ Professional,
Massachusetts Life and Health Insurance licensed, CFS and FINRA Series 7, 63, 65 licensed.
