Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Will I still receive statements in the mail if I sign up for eStatements?
A: No, after you sign up for eStatements all your statements will arrive electronically.

Q: What is my credit union assigned Primary Checking Account Number?
A: This is your checking account number. If you have more than one checking account, your primary account is often the first checking account you opened. If you receive a separate statement for each checking account then you will need to register each one separately or combine the statements (see next question for more information).

Q: What if I currently receive more than one statement, which are mailed to me separately?
A: You can do one of two things. You can register each account separately and receive separate eStatements (each with their own separate logon and password) or you could combine all your statements to receive one eStatement. To do this please contact Member Services by email or by phone (contact information below) and they will combine your statements and inform you which account number should be used to register for eStatements.

Q: What account number should I enter if I don't have a Checking Account?
A: If you do not have a checking account the only other account you can register for eStatements is a Statement Savings Account or a Statement Money Market Account.

Q: Can I register using a passbook savings, loan, mortgage or line of credit account?
A: No, none of these accounts are statement accounts and therefore can not be registered for eStatements.

Q: When will my statement be ready?
A: For your convenience you will receive an email from Workers' when your statement is ready, which should be within three business days of your statement cycle date. In the email there will be a link which brings you directly to the eStatement Sign On screen.

Q: Will the eStatement Web site save all of my statements?
A: No, the eStatement Web site will only save eStatements for six months, after that they are removed from the site. We recommend that all our members save their statements to disk or hardcopy for future reference.

Q: Is it necessary to wait for the email notice to view my eStatements?
A: No, you can sign in at any time to the eStatement web site and you can access the last three copies of your eStatements.

Q: Do I need to pay for Adobe Acrobat Reader?
A: No, Adobe offers a free download of the Acrobat Reader from their Web site. Click here to download.

Q: If I have Web TV can I get eStatements?
A: No, currently Web TV does not support Adobe Acrobat Reader and you would not be able to view your eStatements.

Forgot or Change Password and Email Address

If you ever forget your password you can have it emailed to you. From the eStatement Sign On screen simply click on the link that reads: " Forgot your password? " and follow the onscreen instructions. You will need to enter your account number,  your email address and the random code that is provided on-screen for you. Next you will have to answer the three security questions that you had previously setup. The eStatement system will verify the information, if correct, it will send you an email with your password.

If you would like to change your password or email address you can do this from within the eStatement system. Once you login to your eStatement account in the blue box toward the top of the webpage there is a link to click on called "Account Maintenance" which will allow you to enter a new password (your password must be at least six characters in length, and contain at least one letter and one number) or change your email address and then click "Update". Your password or email address will be changed.
