Home Equity Lines of Credit                                    

• Workers' Home Equity line of credit rates are variable and adjusts monthly
• The credit line is accessed by check or cash withdrawal for ten years
• Payments is a minimum of interest only for the first ten years
• Principal payments may be made at the borrower's discretion
• After the first ten years, the re-payment is interest plus principal
• Payment of more than the minimum can be made without penalty
• The borrowers home acts as collateral for the line of credit
• The home must be a one to four family owner-occupied dwelling
• There is no check charges and no transaction fees
• Workers' offers the option to convert all or part of your line of credit to a fixed-rate equity loan at any time
