As President and Chief Executive Officer of Workers' Credit Union, Fred Healey steers our ship with an unwavering commitment to excellence. Since joining the Credit Union as CEO in May 1995, Fred has instilled a culture among employees that member satisfaction comes first. Fred also believes that the Credit Union has an obligation to ensure safety and soundness by preparing for the twenty-first century. He has been the catalyst behind a strategic plan that serves as the Credit Union's operating foundation well into the future. Leading-edge technological advancements are a mandate to the Credit Union's future so members will have easy access to innovative, automated delivery systems for all products and services.
Fred has also been the leader for involvement and commitment in the community in which the Credit Union serves.

The Board of Directors for Workers' Credit Union is a volunteer group of professionals from very diverse backgrounds. This group has been voted into office by the members of Workers' Credit Union, with the obligation to oversee the operations of the Credit Union. With a wide array of careers and experiences, the Board of Directors employs its business knowledge in the best interest of the Credit Union.

Ms. Raher, CPA, is the owner of her own accounting firm located in Sterling, Massachusetts. Ms. Raher is on the board of Healthalliance Hospital and chair of the Compliance Committee. She is a past Chair of the Board of Directors of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Chamber's Women's Executive Network. Ms. Raher joined Workers' Credit Union's Board of Directors in 1999. She is Chairman of the Board and chairs the Executive Committee. She previously served as Vice Chair.

Mr. Rouse is President and CEO of Micron Products, Inc., Fitchburg, MA. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce and Mount Wachusett Community College Foundation. He is a member of the Chamber's Regional Economic Development Council and the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce CEO Roundtable. Mr. Rouse attended the University of Massachusetts, attaining a BA in Political Science and Worcester Polytechnic Institute School of Industrial Management. Currently he chairs the Nominating Committee and serves on the Executive Committee.

Mr. Ford is the retired Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Peterborough Oil Company, Inc. located in Leominster, Massachusetts. Mr. Ford is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the Clinton Lodge of Elks and Clinton Turn Verein. He was also Co-chairman of the Town of Lancaster 350th Anniversary Parade Committee. Mr. Ford joined the Board at Workers' Credit Union in 1999. He served as immediate past Chairman of the Board and currently serves on the Executive and Nominating Committies; he is also a Director of Workers' Financial Services, LLC.

Mr. Gauvin is the President of Henri Enterprises, Inc. located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Mr. Gauvin serves as Chairman of Board of Directors of the Center for Wellbeing and Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army. He also serves on the boards of the Crocker Field Restoration Committee, the North Central Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary Club of Fitchburg, and the Thayer Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Gauvin also serves on the Finance Committee of Sacred Heart Parish.

Mr. Myllymaki is the retired Director of Purchasing for United Cooperative Farmers, Inc., located in Fitchburg, MA and in 1996 was recognized for 50 years of service. He is also past Director and President of the New England Grain & Feed Council, and was recognized as an Honorary Member in 1987. Mr. Myllymaki is Director and Treasurer of the Apostolic Lutheran Church, located in Ashburnham, MA. He has been a member of Workers' Credit Union's Board of Directors since 1985 and served as Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee from 1997 to 2001. He is Chairman of the Investment Committee and serves on the Audit and Nominating Committees.

Mr. Ratila is Treasurer and Business Manager for the Raivaaja Publishing Company, located in Fitchburg. The Raivaaja is a not-for-profit press and information service owned by the Finnish American community. He has been a Trustee of the Fitchburg Public Library since 1985. Mr. Ratila has been a member of the Board of Directors at Workers' Credit Union since 1986. He currently serves as Clerk, Chairman of the Audit Committee and on the investment committee.

Mr. Morse is President of Morse Printing and Graphics located in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. Mr. Morse is a former Director of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce and was Chairman of the Chamber's Breakfast Committee. He is a past President and active member of the Fitchburg East Rotary Club and is club advisor to both the Fitchburg and Lunenburg/Townsend Rotary Clubs. In addition, Mr. Morse has twenty-three years of banking experience with the former United States Trust Company of Boston. He joined the Board of Directors of Workers' Credit Union in 1999. He is Chairman of the Credit Committee and serves on the Executive and Nominating Committees.

Ms. Maranda is the Director of Gift Planning for the Community Foundation of North Central MA, a nonprofit, community corporation which provides a means for individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations to design charitable giving programs that are customized to meet a wide variety of financial and personal goals. Mr. Shapiro is co-founder and principal of Lexvest Partners, LLC, a private equity real estate investment company located in Lexington, MA. Lexvest Partners, LLC focuses on investing in small to mid-sized, value-added, and ground-up development projects. Mr. Shapiro has extensive experience in identifying undervalued and deteriorated properties, returning them to full-use operations. He serves on the Boston University CGS Alumni Board of Directors, Lexington Center Committee, Freedoms Ways Advisory Committee, and Babson College Mentoring Program. Mr. Martino is President and CEO of Simonds International, an industrial cutting tool company located in Fitchburg, MA. He is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce, a Director of the Fitchburg State College Foundation, a Director of the University of Connecticut School of Business Board of Overseers, a member of the Regional Competitive Council, and President of the Machine Knife Association. Mr. Muldoon is President and CEO of HealthAlliance Hospitals, a member of UMass Memorial Health Care, (a system of diversified health care delivery corporations), which serves the diverse communities of North Central Massachusetts. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the United Way of North Central MA and was the Campaign Chair in 2009, the Board of Directors of the North Central MA Chamber of Commerce, and the Board of Trustees and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Spanish American Center. He also serves on the Board of Trustees and Finance Committee of the Massachusetts Hospital Association. Doug Petersen joined WCU in 1995 as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, after eleven years of professional experience in the financial services industry. He was promoted to Executive Vice President in 1998. He earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Bentley College. He earned a graduate degree from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking.

Dave Rodgers joined Workers’ Credit Union in May 2007 as senior vice president, focusing on Community, Governmental Affairs and Commercial Business Development. His professional experience includes more than 20 years in senior management working for local financial institutions in community relations and business development activities. Rodgers graduated from Nichols College in Dudley, MA and is currently a resident of Lunenburg where he actively participates in bettering the community.

Michael J. Dembowski has been Senior Vice President of Operations since June of 2003. Dembowski, who joined the Credit Union in 1995 as internal auditor will continue to oversee deposit and loan servicing, Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), credit/debit cards, the call center and facilities in his role. A graduate of Assumption College, Dembowski resides in Worcester.

Jack Doolin has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources at WCU since March of 1998. He previously was SVP of HR for the Massachusetts Credit Union League for eight years. He has eighteen years of experience in human resources. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Arts degree in Business and Organizational Communication from Emerson College.

John Doyle has been the Senior Vice President of Retail Services since September of 2002. Doyle joined the Credit Union in 1996 as Vice President/Branch Administration. Before coming to the Credit Union Doyle had over 15 years of banking experience. As senior vice president, Doyle oversees branch operations, mortgage originations, business development as well as service and sales programs. He is a graduate of Worcester State College.

Gordon R. Wetmore has been Senior Vice President of Marketing at WCU since June 2003. His professional experience includes over twenty-five years in a variety of banking management positions, most recently as Senior Vice President.
