How to make a payment in Online Banking

In this age of instant gratification, having the time to send a loan payment in the mail is a luxury that most can’t afford. It just takes too darn long. Snail mail is for love letters, and pen pals. No one appreciates sending a payment or receiving a bill. Let’s get it over with as soon as possible, am I right?

Make loan payments quickly and securely with Workers online banking or use our top rated mobile app. Set up recurring monthly payments, or manage payments yourself from your phone, tablet, or laptop.

Loan Payments From your Workers Account 

  • Go to Move Money.
  • Select Make a Transfer.
  • Click the From drop down menu and select which account you would like the funds to come from.
  • Click the To drop down menu and select which account you would like to send the funds to.
  • Select the Date you would like to make the transfer.
    • Click the Repeat transfer box if you would like this to be a recurring transfer.
  • Enter your payment amount.
  • Click Make Transfer.
  • Click Confirm.

Loan Payments From your External Account (not at Workers)

  • Go to Move Money.
  • Select Loan Payment.
  • Click Get Started to begin.
  • Select your payment option. *
    • Select Pay from bank account.
  • The first time you will be prompted to Add Account to make the payment from.
    • Select account type.
    • Enter routing number.
    • Enter account number and then confirm.
    • Select
  • Click the Pay From drop down menu and select which account you would like the funds to come from.
  • Click the Pay Loan drop down menu and select which loan you would like to pay.
  • Select the Date you would like to initiate the payment.
    • Click the Repeat transfer box if you would like this to be an automatic recurring payment.
    • Enter your payment amount.
  • Read the Terms & Conditions and select the check box when you are done.
  • Select Continue.
  • Review to make sure everything is correct and then click Make Payment when you are done.

Loan Payments From Mobile App  

  • Apple Device
    • Log in to the mobile app.
    • Bottom right click “…” for more.
    • Select Loan payment.
    • Select Make a payment.
    • Select payment type*
      • Pay from bank account $0.
    • Select account type.
    • Enter routing number.
    • Enter account number and then confirm.
    • Select Continue.
  • Click the Pay From drop down menu and select which account you would like the funds to come from.
  • Click the Pay Loan drop down menu and select which loan you would like to pay.
  • Select the Date you would like to initiate the payment.
    • Click the Repeat transfer box if you would like this to be an automatic recurring payment.
    • Enter your payment amount.
  • Read the Terms & Conditions and select the check box when you are done.
  • Hit Continue.
  • Review to make sure everything is correct and then click Make Payment when you are done.

Android Device Loan Payments 

  • Log in to the mobile app.
  • Top Left click “…” for more.
  • Select Loan payment.
  • Select Make a payment.
  • Select payment type. *
    • Pay from bank account $0.
  • Select account type.
  • Enter routing number.
  • Enter account number and then confirm.
  • Select Continue.
  • Click the Pay From drop down menu and select which account you would like the funds to come from.
  • Click the Pay Loan drop down menu and select which loan you would like to pay.
  • Select the Date you would like to initiate the payment.
    • Click the Repeat transfer box if you would like this to be an automatic recurring payment.
    • Enter your payment amount.
  • Read the Terms & Conditions and select the check box when you are done.
  • Hit Continue.
  • Review to make sure everything is correct and then click Make Payment when you are done.

*If you would like to pay with a debit card, follow the instructions but select Pay with Card. Enter your card information instead of your account information. There is a $10 fee to pay with a debit card.
