Deposit a check using Workers Mobile App. Endorse the back of the check and add, “For Mobile Deposit Only Workers CU.” Then, snap a picture of the front and back of the check. We also accept deposits at all of our branch locations. For detailed instructions, check out our blog!
Use Workers Online Banking or the Mobile App to schedule a transfer from an external account to your Workers account. You can also set up a transfer into your Workers account using your other bank’s online or mobile banking. You will need our routing number, which is 211382931.
Instantly transfer money to other members of the credit union using Workers Online Banking or the Mobile App. All you need is their account number and first 3 letters of their last name.

Important: During the first 30 days of your account being opened, special rules about funds availability will apply*. New member funds are held for security purposes and to protect Workers members from fraud.

How do I find an ATM?

How do I set up Direct Deposit with my employer?

If your Human Resources department offers Direct Deposit, ask them for their direct deposit form. You will need to provide them with Workers’ routing number (211382931), your account number, and the account type, checking or savings account. You can also set up direct deposit using this direct deposit form.

How long does it take to get a debit or credit card?

A Workers instant issue ATM or Debit card can be obtained at any of our branches at time of account opening or after for replacements. Your new Debit MasterCard® and PIN (Personal Identification Number) will arrive within 5-7 business days after opening your account.

What types of ATM transactions are eligible for an ATM reimbursement?

When you use a Workers High Interest checking account debit card; deposits, withdrawals (including international), transfers or balance inquiries are all eligible for ATM reimbursements up to $10 per month. Workers will deposit the reimbursement into your checking account at the end of the statement cycle.

What is my mobile deposit limit?

Your current mobile deposit limit will vary based on your account. The limit will appear below the amount field once you select an account.

Why is my card not working when I have money in my account?

The chip-and-signature process is quick and easy. It’s also the most secure type of transaction.  Simply insert the card into the terminal, allow the transaction to process and sign for your purchase. However, this does leave some wiggle room for fraudsters. While only one person—the authorized cardholder—should know his or her card PIN, anyone could forge a signature in a chip-and-signature transaction. There are security features at some terminals that will decline a transaction, even with the chip, so try it again. But this time, as a PIN transaction.  Another benefit of chip-and-PIN cards is that some terminals only accept chip-and-PIN enabled cards. So, armed with this type of card, you can be sure to be able to make a purchase wherever you’d like. Funds from electronic direct deposits, cash, wire transfers, and checks drawn on Workers Credit Union deposited to your account will be available on the day we receive the deposit. Funds from deposits of cashier’s, certified, teller’s, traveler’s, and federal, state and local government checks, Social Security, and established “known” local payroll will be available on the first business day after the day of your deposit if the deposit meets certain conditions. For example, the checks must be payable to you. The excess over $5,000 will be available on the fifth business day after the day of your deposit. If your deposit of these checks (other
