2023 eStatement iPhone Contest Official Rules and Directions

By signing up for eStatements between Friday, November 24, 2023 at 8:00am and Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 11:59pm, eligible members will automatically be entered into the eStatements Apple iPhone¹ Contest. See Official Contest Rules below for more information.

• Log in to online banking.
• Select Additional Services at the top of the page, then select eStatements.
• If you have multiple accounts you will have to choose the account that you want to sign up for eStatements.
• On the next screen confirm your information is accurate, then check the Receive Notifications box and click Next.
• Read the eStatement Disclosure & Agreement, then enter the verification code at the bottom of the page. Click Submit, Ok, and then Accept.
• Now you're enrolled in eStatements!

Please note: If you have multiple accounts that you would like to sign up for eStatements, choose which account you want to enroll in eStatements. Then, complete the process for each account.

One contest entry per member. Signing up multiple accounts will not result in multiple submissions.

2023 eStatement iPhone Contest 

("Sweepstakes")

Stay organized and reduce clutter, while helping the environment. Enroll in eStatements between Friday, November 24, 2023 and Wednesday, January 31, 2024 and be entered to win an Apple iPhone 15.

Rules

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a member of Workers Credit Union. One (1) entry per member.

• Promotional Period: Contest begins on Friday, November 24, 2023 at 8:00am EST and ends on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at 11:59pm EST.
• Details: There will be one (1) randomly chosen winner who enrolled in eStatements during the designated time period or entered through the alternate method. The Drawing Date will be on or about February 1, 2024.
• Prize(s): The winner will receive one (1) Apple iPhone 15.
• Winner Notification and Announcement: One winner will be notified shortly after the Drawing Date at the email address and/or telephone number on their account and will be announced via Workers Credit Union’s social media.
• Winner Agreement: By accepting the prize
• The winner(s) agree to allow Workers Credit Union to use his or her first name, photo, and likenesses in any Workers Credit Union publication, including Workers Credit Union’s website, social media, email marketing, or advertising.
• The winner(s) agree not to hold Workers Credit Union liable for any resultant action derived from the use, transport, or enjoyment of the prize.
• The winner(s) agree to sign a form, which Workers Credit Union will provide, indemnifying and holding Workers Credit Union harmless from any and all liability once possession has been taken and acknowledging receipt of the prize.
• The prize will be considered ordinary income for tax purposes and the winner(s) may be required to pre-pay a portion of the tax liability prior to receiving the prize.
• The winner(s) will provide a completed and signed W-9 tax form in order to receive their prize.
• The winner(s) agree that all usage and other taxes or fees are his or her full and complete responsibility.
• The winner(s) agree not to hold Workers Credit Union liable for any resultant action derived from the use, transport, or enjoyment of the prize.
  
  
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the promotional period to win. Present employees, volunteers, and affiliates of Workers Federal Credit Union and immediate family members are ineligible to enter. An immediate family member is defined as spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or sibling (including adoptive, in-law, and step-relationships).
• Odds: The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of entrants and eligible entries received during the promotion period.
• Workers Federal Credit Union’s Rights: Workers Federal Credit Union reserves the right to refuse an entry if any of these conditions are not met. You should not enter this raffle unless the conditions above are fully understood.

• Fill out the alternative entry form online by January 31, 2024 at 11:59pm EST. The entry must include your name, email address, and mailing address. Limit one online entry per member.
