A- It has been a pleasure to serve you at our Hudson location. We regularly evaluate our branch network for operational efficiency and member service excellence. The decision to close this branch was driven by the growth in digital banking usage and lower foot traffic at this location.
Q-When will the branch close?
A- The Hudson branch will close on December 31, 2025, at 12:00 PM and will operate as normal until then.
Q-What will happen to my accounts?
A- The closure will not affect your accounts. All active accounts will remain fully accessible via our online banking platform, mobile app, ATMs, and our other branch locations.
