Refer A Friend Raffle

Official Rules

Refer a friend or family member to open a new checking account and fill out a form to enter to win a gift basket with a $50 Visa Gift Card.  Raffle forms will be available in every Workers Federal Credit Union ("Workers" or "the Credit Union") branch and raffle entries will be accepted between January 8, 2026, and up to 5:00 PM EST March 20, 2026. 

Both the current member and new member must have an active checking account on the day that the raffle ends, March 20, 2026, and which accounts remain active through the day of the drawing, March 31, 2026, to be eligible to win.

Rules
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a member of Workers Credit Union.
Limit one (1) entry per member that makes a referral and a new checking account with eStatements can be opened and is opened.
No purchase is necessary, and a purchase will not improve one’s chances of winning.
Must be a legal resident of MA or NH to enter.

Promotional Period: Begins on January 8, 2026 at 9:00 am EST and ends on March 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.

Details: There will be one (1) randomly chosen winner from each branch location that receives entries. The winners will be randomly selected on March 31, 2026.

Prize(s): The winners will each receive one (1) gift basket with a $50 Visa Gift Card and Workers Federal Credit Union swag (approximate value at least Seventy-Five Dollars and 00/100 ($75).

Winner Notification and Announcement: The winners will be notified shortly after the Drawing Date at the email address and/or telephone number on their account.  The winners may be announced via Workers Credit Union’s social media.

Winner Agreement: By accepting the prize

The winner(s) agrees to allow Workers to use his or her first name, photo, and likenesses in any Workers Credit Union publication, including Workers Credit Union’s website, social media, email marketing, or advertising.

The winner(s) agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Workers Federal Credit Union including Officers, Directors, employees and volunteers, from any liability, claims, losses or damages arising out of or relating to participation in this raffle or the acceptance, use, misuse, transportation of or possession of any prize received in this raffle.

The winner(s) agrees to sign a form, which Workers will provide, indemnifying and holding Workers harmless from any and all liability once possession has been taken and acknowledging receipt of the prize.

The prize will be considered ordinary income for tax purposes and the winner(s) may be required to pre-pay a portion of the tax liability prior to receiving the prize.

The winner(s) will provide a completed and signed W-9 tax form in order to receive their prize.

The winner(s) agrees that all usage and other taxes or fees are his or her full and complete responsibility.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the promotional period to win. You must be a member of Workers Federal Credit Union with an active checking account and the friend or family member that you referred for a checking account must also be a member with an active checking account at the time of the random drawing on March 31, 2026.

Present employees, volunteers, and affiliates of Workers Federal Credit Union and immediate family members are ineligible to enter. An immediate family member is defined as spouse, domestic partner, child, grandchild, parent, grandparent, or sibling (including adoptive, in-law, and step-relationships).

Odds: The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of entrants and eligible entries received during the promotion period.

Workers Federal Credit Union’s Rights: Workers Federal Credit Union reserves the right to refuse an entry if any of these conditions are not met. You should not enter this raffle unless the conditions are fully understood.

Winners: A listing of the winners will be available on the website on or about March 31, 2026 or by contacting the Marketing Department at [email protected] or making a written request for the listing of winners and mailing it to Marketing Department, Workers Federal Credit Union, 119 Russell St., Littleton, MA  01460.

Void Where Prohibited.

Modification or Termination of Raffle: Workers Federal Credit Union reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or terminate this raffle in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that  it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Raffle.

Fill out the alternative entry form online (below) by March 20, 2026, at 11:59pm EST. The entry must include your name, email address, and mailing address. Limit one (1) entry per person or per member.

Mail your full name, address, phone number and email address to: Marketing Department, Workers Federal Credit Union, 119 Russell St. Littleton, MA 01460. All entries must be postmarked no later than March 20, 2026. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible mail or late or misdirected delivery. Limit one (1) entry per person or per member.
