Debit Card Restrictions

At Workers Credit Union your financial security is our top priority.

When traveling please notify us before leaving. This can be done through online banking, by calling our Member Information Center, or by stopping into a branch. Each member must place their own travel alert, even for joint account holders.

To protect you from fraudulent debit card use, we have blocked certain types of debit card transactions from daily use. For security purposes we cannot list these publicly.

If any transaction is unsuccessful please contact our Member Information Center at 800-221-4020 so they can review the issue and temporarily remove any applicable blocks.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but protecting your accounts from fraud is our primary concern.
