Deb Larsen brings more than 30 years of commercial banking experience to Workers Credit Union. She began her career in 1990 with Bank of Boston which would eventually become Fleet Bank and subsequently Bank of America. She also served eight years as the senior commercial lending officer at Unibank for Savings before leading commercial lending business development for Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking. Larsen first joined Workers as a banking consultant in September 2023 before stepping into her role current role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as an MBA from Assumption University. Larsen serves as a board member of the United Way of Central Mass.
