Deb Larsen brings more than 30 years of commercial banking experience to Workers Credit Union. She began her career in 1990 with Bank of Boston which would eventually become Fleet Bank and subsequently Bank of America. She also served eight years as the senior commercial lending officer at Unibank for Savings before leading commercial lending business development for Wells Fargo Middle Market Banking. Larsen first joined Workers as a banking consultant in September 2023 before stepping into her role current role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration as well as an MBA from Assumption University. Larsen serves as a board member of the United Way of Central Mass.

Christie, a 25-year employee of Workers Credit Union, was recently promoted to Manager, Commercial Banking Operations. Christie spent 20+ years working in the branch network before moving to Commercial Lending in 2020 and now leads a team of admins that support the entire Commercial Team. Christie resides in Templeton, MA with her daughter and 2 cats and enjoys working out, cooking, reading and spending time with friends & family in her free time.

Naomi, a 7-year employee of Workers Credit Union, recently joined the Commercial team as a Commercial Lending Assistant. She previously worked in the Consumer Lending and Retail departments of the company. Naomi enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and playing video games.
