How to Make a Loan Payment

It’s now even easier to make a loan payment with online or mobile banking. Give it a try: pay from an external account, pay with a debit card*, or pay from a Workers account.

Pay from an External Account

Desktop

• Sign in to online banking.
• Click Pay your loan in the main navigation bar.
• Click Pay from External Bank Account.
• Select the From account and the Pay Loan account from the drop-down menus.
  • If you need to setup an external account, click Add an account to the right and follow the prompts.
• Enter the amount and select the date you would like to initiate the payment on.
  • To setup a recurring payment check the Repeat box.
• Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• Click Submit.
• Save your confirmation number.

Mobile

• Sign in to your mobile app.
• Go to the More menu.
• Tap Pay your Loan.
• Tap I want to.
• Select Make Payment from the drop-down menu.
• Tap Pay from External Bank Account.
  • If you need to setup an external account, click Add an account on the prior screen.
• Select Pay From account and Pay Loan account.
• Enter amount and select the date you would like to initiate the payment on.
  • To setup a recurring payment check the Repeat box.
• Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• Tap Continue to proceed.
• Review payment and tap Make Payment.

Pay from a Workers Account

Desktop

• Sign in to online banking.
• Click Pay your loan in the main navigation bar.
• Click Pay from Workers CU Account.
• Select the From account and To account.
• Select the date.
  • To setup a recurring payment check the Repeat box.
• Enter amount.
• Click Make transfer.

Mobile

• Sign in to the app.
• Go to Transfers.
• Select the From account and To account.
• Enter amount.
• Tap Make transfer.

Pay with a Debit Card*

Desktop

• Sign in to online banking.
• Click Pay your loan in the main navigation bar.
• Click Pay with a Debit Card.
• Select the appropriate loan from the dropdown.
• Enter amount .
• Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• Click Continue .
• Fill out your card information and click Submit.
  

Mobile

• Sign in to the app.
• Go to the More menu.
• Tap Pay your Loan.
• Tap I want to.
• Select Make Payment from the drop-down menu.
• Tap Pay with Debit Card.
• Select the appropriate loan from the dropdown.
• Enter amount.
• Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• Click Continue.
• Fill out your card information and click Submit.
