Make Your Auto Loan Payment: Fast and Easy

It's easier than ever to pay your auto loan using online or mobile banking. Choose the option that best works for you:

• Pay from an external bank account.
• Pay from your Workers account.
• Pay with a debit card¹.

Follow the steps below to get started.

Pay from an External Bank Account

Desktop (online banking)

1. Sign in to online banking.
2. Click Pay Your Loan in the main navigation bar.
3. Select Pay from External Bank Account.
4. Choose your From account and Pay Loan account from the drop-down menus.
5. If you need to add an external account, click Add an Account and follow the prompts.
6. Enter the payment amount and select the date you want the payment to process.
7. To set up recurring payments, check the Repeat box.
8. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
9. Click Submit.
10. Save your confirmation number for your records.

Mobile App

1. Sign in to the mobile app.
2. Open the More menu.
3. Tap Pay Your Loan.
4. Tap I Want To, then select Make Payment.
5. Choose Pay from External Bank Account.
6. If needed, tap Add an Account on the previous screen and follow the prompts.
7. Select your Pay From account and Pay Loan account.
8. Enter the payment amount and select the payment date.
9. To schedule recurring payments, turn on Repeat.
10. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
11. Tap Continue, review your payment, and then tap Make Payment.
12. Take a screenshot to save your confirmation number.

Pay from a Workers Account

Desktop (online banking)

1. Sign in to online banking.
2. Click Pay Your Loan in the main navigation bar.
3. Select Pay from Workers CU Account.
4. Choose your From account and To (loan) account.
5. Select the payment date.
6. To set up recurring payments, check the Repeat box.
7. Enter the payment amount.
8. Click Make Transfer.

Mobile App

1. Sign in to the mobile app.
2. Tap Transfers.
3. Select your From account and To (loan) account.
4. Enter the payment amount.
5. Tap Make Transfer.

Pay with a Debit Card¹

Desktop (online banking)

1. Sign in to online banking. 
2. Click Pay Your Loan in the main navigation bar. 
3. Select Pay with a Debit Card. 
4. Choose the appropriate loan from the drop-down menu. 
5. Enter the payment amount.
6. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
7. Click Continue.
8. Enter your debit card information and click Submit.

Mobile App

1. Sign in to the mobile app.
2. Open the More menu.
3. Tap Pay Your Loan.
4. Tap I Want To, then select Make Payment.
5. Choose Pay with Debit Card.
6. Select the appropriate loan from the drop-down menu.
7. Enter the payment amount.
8. Review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
9. Tap Continue.
10. Enter your debit card information and tap Submit.
