Quick Guide to Mobile Banking

Here’s how to get started and make the most of mobile banking.

Step 1: Download the Workers CU Mobile App

The Workers CU mobile app is available for both Apple (iOS) and Android devices.

• Download from Google Play

Once installed, log in using the same username and password you use for Workers Credit Union online banking or click Signup to register. If you are registering, have your member number ready. Your member number is a unique identifier assigned only to you. It is different from your account number. If you don’t have it readily available, please call our Contact Center at 800-221-4020.

Step 2: Check Balances & Transactions

After logging in, you can instantly:

• View account balances
• Review recent transactions
• Track spending
• Manage loan payments

This 24/7 access helps you stay on top of your money without needing to visit a branch or ATM.

Step 3: Transfer Money & Pay Bills

With mobile banking, you can:

• Transfer funds between your Workers accounts
• Make member-to-member transfers
• Pay bills quickly and securely
• Schedule future or recurring payments

This is perfect for rent, subscriptions, or splitting expenses without missing a due date.

Step 4: Deposit Checks with Your Phone

Skip lines at the branch and deposit checks with the mobile app:

1. Open the Workers CU app
2. Select mobile deposit
3. Take clear photos of the front and back of your check
4. Submit and keep the check until it's fully processed

Funds availablity may vary based on type of check and account terms and conditions.
