You may look at your account on your laptop or through the mobile app and ask, why is there a difference between my current balance and my available balance?
The difference reflects transactions that a merchant has placed on hold while processing your payment. Currently, you are unable to see what transaction is on hold. But, that is about to change.
After receiving feedback from you, our members, that you wanted to be able to view the transactions pending in your accounts, we knew what we had to do. On February 20, 2020 you will now be able to see what transactions are pending in your Workers accounts. This includes debit card transactions and ACH transactions where you provide a routing and account number for payment.
This enhancement to our digital banking will make it easier for you to keep track of your spending and spot possible fraud activity faster.
