Hours of operation at Workers differs by Branch and department. Our Member Information Center is open 7AM to 6PM EST Monday through Friday and 9AM to 12PM EST on Saturday. Please visit our Branch Locations page for individual branch hours of operation.
You can pay your auto loan online. You can make a transfer from your Workers account to your auto loan as a payment or you can setup an External Loan payment from another institution through our online banking or mobile app. If you need assistance please contact our member service department at 800-221-4020.

To sign up for online banking, click the orange "Register" button located next to the Login Center in the header section of our website.  You will then fill out the online form.  You will assign a PIN number on the application, and when complete you will be able to access online banking. Banks and Credit Unions differ because banks are run for the purpose of generating profits while Credit Unions are community based and run as non profit organizations. Mortgage bankers use their own funds or funds borrowed from a warehouse lender to fund mortgages. After a mortgage is originated a mortgage banker might retain the mortgage in portfolio or they might sell the mortgage to an investor.
Member accounts at all Credit Unions are federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Share Insurance Funds (NCUSIF), which is administered by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The fund is backed by the full faith and credit of the U.S. government. No taxpayer funds are used to support the (NCUA) or the (NCUSIF). Any additional deposits at Workers' Credit Union over $250,000 are insured by the MSIC (Massachusetts Share Insurance Corporation).
